About This Lister
I’m a filmmaker and have called this beautiful apartment home for the past 10 years. As I’ll be traveling and spending some time away from the city, I’m looking for a subletter who will treat the space with care during my absence.

Rental requirements
I’ll be traveling and looking for a subletter for up to one week. The dates are flexible. Rent is $200 per day or $1300 per week. Utilities are included. A security deposit of half the rent amount is required.
Additionally, the apartment will be available as a pied-à-terre from mid-February to mid-May, for two or three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday or Friday). If you’re interested in this arrangement, we can discuss the details.
