I'm traveling during the holidays and subletting my renovated, fully furnished, lovely and spacious 1 bedroom 1st. floor apartment from Christmas to mid January.

Located in a very quiet block, the apartment is in a townhouse with only two apartments, one on each floor, very private.

In a prime area in Bushwick trendy neighborhood with easy access to public transport, L-J lines each one 5 minutes walk, 20 minutes in downtown Manhattan. The neighborhood has restaurants, fitness and shopping. It’s the perfect spot for anyone needing a temporary place to call home.

The apartment includes all essential amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and backyard in the townhouse. With high ceilings, beautiful plants and tastefully decorated with original mid century furniture, art and decorative pieces, large open plan living area with decorative fire place (also in bedroom), hardwood floors, really wonderful light. This place is ideal for a professional or a couple; it offers both convenience and comfort.

The apartment is currently available from December 25 to January 17th. Ideally we are looking for someone that can take for most part of that period of time. But we can talk abut it. We are couple cinematographer and artist, current renters of the unit and have lived here for a year. We are traveling for the holidays and would love to share our home with the right tenants that will love and appreciate the space and give some love to our plants.
