The apartment is located 2 blocks away from the Metropolitan/Lorimer train stop. Tons of coffee shops, restaurants, cheap eats, bars, and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is close to Mccarren Park, Domino Park, and the waterfront. Close access to Metropolitan station for both G/L trains and numerous Citi bike docking stations.

The place is fully furnished and includes:
-Primary BDR with queen size bed, nightstand and desk.
-2nd Bedroom is a yoga/gym room. The room includes adjustable weights, foam roller, bench and yoga mats. I also use this rooms sometimes as my home office.
-Living room with a big TV; Dining room table that can seat 4 people
-1 bathroom with shower
No Includes WiFi, electric + gas

The dates are flexible & don't have to fill the period of when available starting December 11th. Possibility to extend longer.

I am the current tenant of the apartment. I work in marketing for a tech company, and have lived in the apartment for three years. The apartment is very clean and would like someone that cares about living in a beautiful space.
I've always cooked a lot and entertained/cooked for friends here, the layout of the space is super welcoming. My landlord, Nick, has looked after me for years and is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He lives in first floor of the building and is always happy to help out.
