The flat is a 4 min walk to Chamberlayne road shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc as well as plenty of nearby transport links- literally minutes from Kensal Rise overground and Kensal Green underground, as well as plenty of bus routes. You can get pretty much anywhere in the city from here while also having plenty nearby including the Regents Canal, Portobello Road and Queens Park.
