- First floor apartment with a well-stocked, renovated kitchen, dining room and designer furnished living room.
- Great WFH space with large Apple Monitor you can easily connect.
My space is large and beautifully curated with objects from my travels. I love sharing my home with other creatives and folks looking to discover Brooklyn.

Rental requirements
Looking to rent to a non-smoking single person or a couple, absolutely no pets allowed (sorry, can't approve with my building).
My preference is for rentals that are for the entirety of the listed period (Dec 15th-Jan. 3rd) I will ask for a $1000 refundable deposit and payment for the full amount for your stay. Please send a short intro about yourself, about your trip to New York and any other pertinent information.
Utilities and cleaning fee are included in the price.
