With Projects is looking to sublet a portion of our office space located on the SoHo-Nolita border. Situated in a well-lit, corner space, tenants would have access to tablespace, a small conference room, and a shared kitchenette. The space is currently occupied by two small studios.

Ideal tenants would use the space for occasional meetings and/or small, non-disruptive photoshoots but the terms of use can be flexible. Long-term rental preferred.
