I'm a designer and I have a spacey and airy studio, overlooking McCarren Park. The space is 500 sqf.
There is a private mezzanine that will be your space. There is a built in desk but the rest of the things that you see in the pics will be gone. There is no problem if you are downstairs as well and the idea is free circulation.

The light and the view from the studio are incredible and the building still keeps an "Old NY" vibe. The studio has really tall ceilings and 2 massive windows with city views. It's located in Nassau and Guernsey just one block from Five Leaves and close to G Nassau and L Bedford.

The light is really special and the atmosphere is very quiet, so it is ideal for someone in need of beautiful light and a peaceful environment.

My schedule is very flexible and I travel a lot. Would love to find the right fit.
Looking for someone whose work isn't dusty as I have racks with clothes, but open to different type of businesses.
