Hi! Looking for someone to fill an open room in my 2-bed Silverlake apartment.

Here's a bit about the apartment & the room:
- 2 bed, 1 bathroom
- Move in date is flexible! We're currently month to month
- Parking is included (tandem parking in a private driveway but the street has no parking restrictions and always has space - I left my car there for two weeks while on vacation and it was totally fine!)
- Amazing location!! 5 minute walk to the Silverlake Whole Foods, 15 minute walk to the Reservoir, 15 minute walk to the Trader Joes & all the bars and restaurants on Hyperion, 10 minute walk to the Red Lion, less than 10 minute drive to Silverlake Sunset strip
- Second floor apartment in a building of 4 units (all the neighbors know each other, we have a group chat and everyone is very friendly and we've never had noise issues in the building)
- The living room has a huge sliding door window with a balcony that overlooks the backyard (unit is in the back of the building so it's super private)
- All of the living room furniture will stay, and there's a possibility for the bedroom to come furnished (my roommate who is leaving is flexible with what she's taking with her)
- Lots of natural light in the bedroom, and it has a HUGE closet that spans the width of the wall
- Bathroom has a tub and lots of storage
- Laundry in the building
- New appliances in the kitchen
- Hardwood floors
- Really great landlord! Always super quick to fix anything in the apartment + the roof just got redone last year
- Water is included in the utilities!
- The apartment stays really cool throughout the summer which is so nice. Last year we didn't have to turn on our AC until August! AC and heating are both in the living room

A little about me and what I'm looking for:
I'm 26 and moved here from NYC about a year ago for work and love all things music, cooking, fashion, flea markets, architecture, design.... I work in the music industry and am in the office 4 days a week. I have pretty early mornings so looking for a roommate who wants to live in a chill and cozy environment. Not looking for someone who parties a lot or wants to host people all the time. I'm very independent and do my own thing most of the time but would be happy to hang in the apartment or share a meal!
I'm definitely on the cleaner and neater side and want to live with someone who will help keep the space clean. I really value having a cozy and warm space to come home to.
Also, I have two cats who are super friendly and will definitely want to be your friend! Not looking for someone who has a pet (love animals but I don't think my cats would get along with another animal in the space unfortunately).

Wrote a bit about myself in the other section, but I'm a hobby-lover (I like to make playlists, knit, go on hikes, go thrifting for vintage furniture, etc). I love to cook and host dinner parties (but would obviously be accommodating to my roommate's space). I love going out to bars & restaurants (I'm a martini gal) - I'm still exploring all of LA since I moved here not too long ago. I definitely don't feel the need to be best friends with my roommate, but I am looking for someone I have a good, friendly vibe with!

This is my first apartment in LA and it truly is such a little slice of sun-soaked heaven. Would love to fill the room with someone who loves it as much as I do.
