I’m looking for one person to sublet part of my sunny studio in Bushwick. The space is just three blocks from the Morgan stop on the L train, located on the third floor of a walk-up building with a freight elevator.

The studio is 500 sq ft in total, with a small section I use to store my equipment. It features high ceilings, wood floors, a storage rack, and great natural light. Bathroom and slop sink are located in the hallway.
The space you see in the photos still has some furniture that will be removed.

Please, only non-toxic techniques (occasional use is okay).
Rent is $1,250/month.
