Artists have always inhabited this house, it is super beautiful in a dreamy neighbourhood. There is a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, one bedroom, one studio and one room that can be used for anything-- laundry, storage, a second studio space or maybe a second room if needed (we could source a mattress). It does not have a bed at the moment. It overlooks a quiet street, with the church steeple in the distance.
About This Lister
My husband is a composer and I am a poet and writer. We treat the house like our temple and are looking for someone who'd treat it just like we do! We will be traveling from Dec 07-Feb 07 (+/- a few days), and then again mid March to mid April.

Rental requirements
First month's rent is due upon booking, and 50% will be refunded if the booking is cancelled less than a week before the sublet is to start.
There are artworks around the house, so we'd like you to be careful in the space.
The only caveat to the house is that it can be drafty in the winter as it is a listed building and has sash windows, so we request that you keep the heat turned on only when you need it in order to save energy.
