We’re looking for kind, reliable people to enjoy and care for our home while we’re away. This is a true Manhattan loft — full of character, light, and soul — in one of the most desirable corners of Tribeca.
The space is expansive (approx. 1,800 sq ft), rare for NYC, with soaring cast iron ceilings, oversized windows, and an open layout that’s both airy and warm. It’s a place with history, personality, and room to breathe.

This is our real home, filled with books, art, and the things we love — not a staged rental. We're hoping to find someone who will appreciate and care for it as we do.
Located on a peaceful residential block in the heart of Tribeca, you’ll be steps from some of NYC’s best restaurants and cafés, with the A, C, E, and 1 trains less than a block away. It’s a rare blend of calm and connectivity.
Our dates are flexible between mid-May and the end of September, with a minimum stay of two months.
