Bright, spacious loft with big windows and wood floors, two studio spaces, kitchen, handmade furniture and ceramics, and lofted queen-size bed. It is just two blocks from the Jefferson Street L station (20 min. to Manhattan) in a neighborhood packed with music venues, bars, restaurants, and artist studios.

There are two separate studio spaces: one approximately 250 square feet with huge windows, which could be used as a separate living room, and one slightly smaller, with windows that let in light from the adjoining space.

Please note that the apartment comes fully furnished, and we will store some of our belongings in the space.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal: handmade ceramic dishes, a table that comfortably seats four, a two-burner cooktop, mini oven, fridge, freezer, etc. A full list will be provided to those who are interested.
You'll have a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed with an Avocado mattress topper. Underneath the bed is a closet space with lots of drawers and hangers to store your clothes.
The air conditioner is almost silent and cools the place fast.
There is laundry in the building. We'll provide cleaning products and linens for your convenience.

There are plants! Please help out watering. Very easy to maintain. :) If needed, we can also have someone stop by to water weekly.

The shower and toilet are small, clean, and down the hall. They are private and locked. Management cleans them once a week.

The unit is on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. The freight elevator is not for tenant use. The building is friendly and quiet. Please, no pets, no parties. We have a cat, but we're taking her with us.
The neighbors are all friendly, courteous, and again, mostly very quiet.

Please note that we are subletting the entire space, not the studios individually. The space is perfect for one person or a couple.
The sublet period goes from August 1st until August 30th—that's a hard move-out date!

We sublet to a person we met on Listings Project last summer and it was a great experience for all involved. We started with a video call to meet and tour the apartment and we'll do the same this year. Looking forward to meeting you!

We are artists who have been renting, living, and working here for ten years. We built the space from scratch and filled it with our artwork and design. We love our space and the neighborhood. We hope to find someone who will appreciate and respect our space and take good care of it while we're gone.
