This is a beautifully furnished, pre-war 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg.
The Good:
It's about 900 sq feet with an open layout living room/kitchen that gets tons of morning light. I took my time renovating it with custom-built bookshelves, sink cabinets, hardwood floor, and vintage furniture. It's quiet, comfortable, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. 5 minute walk from the Bedford and Lorimer L and G train and the Marcy JMZ on a tree-lined block surrounded by restaurants and activities. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Plenty of storage space and the fast wifi makes living/working at home easy and comfortable.
The Bad:
It's a 6 floor walk-up which means the view is great and you'll have buns of steel but if stairs scare you, please keep looking as this isn't your place. The building is also a 100 years old with all the accompanying charm and defects so if you want a brand new development, this is not that.
You are clean, absolutely non-smoking and without pets. Please note, my son's things are currently in the second bedroom (10'x14') so I have not fully pictured it in this public post but will send images if you're interested.
$3900/month
Thank you!
As a freelance creative I built out my apartment for working at home but, when my partner and I had a child, our situation changed and it made more sense to sublet the space.
