Your room would face south and gets amazing light. It has 2 windows, a good size closet and a great ceiling fan. The room is furnished with a bed, small desk table and bookshelves but that can go if you have your own furniture.
Living room, kitchen (with skylights!) and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher; washer and dryer are in the basement.

Rental requirements
Your monthly share of the rent will be $1,400 plus utilities (gas, electric and FIOS high speed internet). One month security deposit is required to move in. I am looking for a long term roommate but I am only asking for a 6-month roommate agreement to be signed to start out.
