I'm moving out of my Bed-Stuy apartment and looking for someone to takeover the remainder of the lease from December 1 - February 15.
My second-floor walk-up apartment is located equidistance from the Kingston-Throop C and Utica A-C subway stops. Ideal for a single person (though a couple could be comfortable), the apartment has:
*Hardwood floors throughout
*A beautifully tiled bathroom,
*A built-in microwave
*Dishwasher
*Washer-Dryer in-unit (!)
*Recessed lighting
*Rent Stabilized
One of the bedrooms has a very dreamy view of a community garden. 🌱 In short, it is a great apartment and I am only moving out because I am ready for something new. I would love to find a good tenant for this special space.
Bonus: The apartment is conveniently located a short distance from Bed-Stuy favorites like Saraghina, Peaches, Secret Garden, Bar Lunatico, Ma-n-Pop Soul Food, Macon Library, Rita and Maria, to name a few. Additional shopping and eating on Tompkins Avenue is within a short 10-minute walk.
I work in art, politics and meditation. I've lived in the neighborhood for 11 years and in this apartment for the last 5+ of those years.
I am the current tenant. I'll be showing the apartment either virtually or in person.
This will be a lease reassignment. I will facilitate connecting you with my current building management to receive all of the information about retaining the lease and the options to renew.
