Hey! My name is Joe and I'm a 32 year old professional working in advertising. I've been living all around Brooklyn for 6 years, but have recently moved to East Williamsburg and absolutely love it. My roommate has decided to leave the apartment, so I'm looking for someone to takeover her bedroom and office.

Ideally looking for a professional in their late 20's to 30's who keeps the shared spaces clean and wants to treat the home as a sanctuary to the hectic lifestyle of living in this city. Our space is pretty big, so I don't mind if you have friends over – just let me know.

The common spaces are pretty much furnished, so this is ideal for someone who's just moving to the city, wants a bedroom and office, or just wants a simple transition to just start living their life in NYC. You'll just need to furnish and design your own rooms.

The rooms pictured will be yours. They're identical in size. My roommate loved having both of these rooms as they kept the purpose of the rooms very simple: one for sleep, one for work and hobbies/yoga. The office has a balcony which gets a lot of sunlight and is nice to step out and get some sun.

Additionally, we have 1 full bathroom that we share, and a half bath that only has a toilet in it. It's kind of random, but it's helpful if and when someone is occupying the main bathroom.
