The apartment is very quiet and cozy. The neighborhood is vibrant & beautiful with a lot of cafes & restaurants and most subway lines at a 5min walking distance. Very close to Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park, & malls with Target, Best Buy Barclays Center..

I am travelling which is the reason I'm subletting but I love this place dearly.

The other roommate (great to live with!!) works in the film industry and is not always present at home so you might even have the whole place for yourself at times.

The roomate who you will share the common area is a great friend, very respectful clean and easy to live with.

You can use my Netflix account (we have a big projector) and my bike while I am gone too!
