* Location: Boerum Hill, near downtown Brooklyn and Cobble Hill
* Convenient train access: A/C, G, F, 2/3 are all within a 5-10 minute walk and the 4/5 and B/Q/R are nearby. Just a few stops into Manhattan
* Amenities: in-unit washer dryer, elevator, dishwasher, thermostat control in each room, public roof, bike room
* Furniture: Flexible with leaving it furnished or not

My roommate will be staying in the other bedroom. We’re ideally looking for a fellow young professional woman.
