Bedroom in a 2BR in Kensington, Brooklyn next to the F/G Church Avenue Subway station. The apartment has a dishwasher and there's laundry in the building. The apartment is located on the sixth floor and there's an elevator. I am subletting because I am getting knee surgery and am moving home for the recovery period, but our lease ends on June 30th so I need most of the last week of June to come back and pack up my things. The rent for June is 1300 considering these circumstances. My roommate is a rising 3L at Cuny Law School. She is very neat and quiet and will be at work most days. She has a boyfriend and occasionally has him over. Use of my room also comes with furniture, linens, and use of all my cookware.
