I'm looking for a roommate to split this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor of mixed-use building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens!

Apartment details:
- 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (so we'll each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; bedrooms come with armoire for storage)
- Open common space with exposed brick and massive skylights that give lots of natural light
- Central Heat & Air
- Dishwasher & New Kitchen Appliances
- Laundromat on first floor

Location details:
- 2 minute to 2/5 subway
- 2 minute walk to grocery store
- Many great shops and restaurants with walking distance
- 15 minute walk to Prospect Park and B/Q subway

The lease began February 1, and I'm currently in the process of moving in myself, so the lease lasts until the end of January next year. You'll need your own furnishings for your rooms, but I'm planning on furnishing the common space shortly.

Looking for someone who is:
- Preferably around my age (mid-20s/early 30s)
- No smoking inside the apartment
- Clean and respectful
- Easygoing, but also likes to hang out from time to time
