ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! One bedroom and small studio leading out into a backyard in a spacious, high-ceilinged three-bedroom available for one person to lease. The apartment is on a quiet street and is close to several cafes and a bakery, as well as A, J and L lines. I'm looking for someone to resign the one-year lease with me in the first week of January 2025.

The smaller room has a closet and one window with abundant south-facing light perfect for plant-lovers. The room has a screen door that leads out into the backyard, which makes the space feel idyllic and airy in the warmer months. The larger room also has ample closet space, but doesn't have windows, so it's traditionally been used as my roommate's studio space. My previous roommate used the smaller room as a minimalist bedroom.

The whole apartment will be fully furnished, (aside from your rooms). The kitchen is newly renovated, and all appliances are new and work well (landlords have been super fast and responsive the few times we've had issues in the house). The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and a gorgeous marble countertop. As a music magazine editor, my life revolves around music, and the living room comes with XDJs, Klipsch speakers, and a record player that you can use at any time. Washer/dryer can be accessed in the basement.

As Ocean Hill is a historically Black neighborhood, I'm prioritizing people of color. This is also a queer-friendly space—you will shared the apartment with one queer roommate. The landlords, who live in an apartment upstairs, are a lovely queer couple in their 30s. We all share the garden together in the summer. In general, it's a pretty quiet and chill home.
