ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Townhouse that spans 3 floors, has patio/garden, and is a 4b2.5b with 4 other roommates spanning the ages of 29-32. Golden retriever neighbor is often present, so must be ok with dogs.

IDEAL SUBLETTER:
A respectful and clean individual who will treat the space with care and other roommates with respect.

RENT: $2500/mo (utilities included); open to pro-rated. $500 security deposit.
