It's an awesome apartment that was remodeled in 2023 with great amenities, and I'm only leaving because I want to get a dog.

• Dishwasher
• Central AC/heat
• Furnished living/dining room
• Your bedroom (unfurnished) fits a queen-sized bed and has 2 large backyard-facing windows
• Your bathroom has brand new fixtures and a window too

The building and neighborhood:
• Storage space in basement
• Accessible rooftop
• 5 min walk from L train
• 1 block away from a gym, grocery, pharmacy, and hardware store
• Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance
• Target coming in 2025!

Your roommate is a female working professional in her early-30s. She's looking for:
• Female or nonbinary
• 20s to 40s
• Non-smoking (no weed in the apt, please)
• No pets (sorry!)

I'm the current tenant, but I'll be moving out on December 1st.

My roommate is a dear friend, and I can highly recommend her as a roommate!

She's very clean, mature, and communicative, yet can be quite goofy and fun. She's happy to chat at the end of the day or watch a cooking show if you want, but she's also respectful of your personal space.

She's starting a business in the food space and is also passionate about photography and film.

She has guests over for dinner or wine, but doesn't throw parties, and she leaves the apartment every day.
