I am leaving NYC and looking for someone interested in taking over my rent-stabilized apartment in BedStuy. The space is available for sublet starting May 1st and my lease goes until the end of August with the option to renew it at that point.

The apartment is the best I've lived in while in NYC. It has the following features:
- Good sized balcony
- Large, unobstructed west-facing windows with lovely sun in the afternoons (my plants and I love it)
- Modern, central A/C and heating unit. Windows are well insulated.
- Washer & dryer machines in unit
- Large kitchen with 2 sinks and tons of space for storage
- Apartment faces a quiet side street will little through-traffic at night (very quiet at night)
- Rent stabilized unit with responsive landlord

However, the apartment does have a con: it's on the 4th floor with no elevator. Additionally, no pets are allowed by my landlord.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Bedford Nostrand G train and there are many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood.
