Bedroom available is on the backside of the house and is quiet. The room is 10’4” x 13’9” and has a closet and two windows with up/down blinds already installed. Room is currently unfurnished but open to discussion should you need some furnishings.
Apartment is fully furnished, kitchen stocked, full bath, and a washer/dryer in the basement that’s shared with just two other units in the home. There’s a sweet little outdoor space (if you’re inclined to climb out the kitchen window) Neighbors are awesome!
