Hello!

I am seeking a responsible, plant-friendly subletter for my apartment while I am out of town. I have some plants that will require light maintenance (watering once per week), so I am seeking someone willing to care for them while in the space!

The apartment is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs up; 3rd floor counting the European way) with no elevator.

The living room windows and bedroom balcony face west and get wonderful afternoon sunlight. The apartment faces a quiet street (especially quiet at night).

The kitchen is large and well-equipped and there is an in-unit washer and dryer.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Bedford Nostrand G stop and there are tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by my landlord.
