This apartment is on the second floor. You will need to climb one set of stairs. There is another rental apartment below yours and the yard is shared with them. There is a separate entrance for each apartment from outside. The staircase inside the house, near your bathroom, is for emergencies only. You can access the basement via the 1st floor mudroom to use the washer and dryer. There is no dishwasher in the apartment. There is an ethernet connection, but it's not located in the office space. It's in the bedroom. Wifi is strong. The town is small and neighborly. People are helpful and welcoming. You can park up to two cars in our driveway; one behind the other. You can walk through town, but will need a car to get to hiking trails, groceries, shops, restaurants, etc.
