Available 1st December 2024 - February/March 2025 (flexible start and finish dates but minimum 2/3 months)

The apartment itself is our home and a place we’ve made into a retreat from the busy city. It has been decorated with a mix of mid century furniture and items we have discovered on our travels.

It’s on the 4th floor of an Altbau just one block from the Paul-Lincke-Ufer and Canal where you’ll find the local bi-weekly Turkish Market. As well as being close to many popular cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs.

It’s very well connected, with U8 and U1/U3 just a 10 minute walk and the M29 bus 1 minute away, all easily connecting you across the city.

Monthly price: €1800 including all bills
+ 800€ deposit

The apartment is 75sqm with:
- large living/dining room with sofa bed (can comfortably sleep 2 guests)
- big bedroom at the back of the apartment with super king bed
- large home office/studio,
- small but really well equipped kitchen
- bathroom with bathtub/shower.

About This Lister

We are two graphic designers who work from home part-time. During your stay we will be in Portugal and available on the phone at any time.

We're not neat-freaks, but we do take good care of our home and cleanliness is important.

We are permanent tenants on the lease to this apartment and we have agreement from our landlord to lease the place for this time.

Berlin is renowned as a party city, but our apartment is a sanctuary away from the noise. No houseparties or large get-togethers are allowed during your stay.

We have lovely neighbours on all sides and it's important that you respect them too.
