This is a small apartment with a truly privileged and magical view. It is located right across from the water, next to the ferry in Williamsburg—a vibrant area full of social activity, shops, and restaurants. There is always something to do, whether it's walking or exercising in the waterfront linear park, or enjoying bars and events of all kinds of cultural scale. The building counts with rooftop, lounge, gym, printer and a library area where you can work during the days there.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including an independent kitchen in case you decide to cook. It also features a spacious and comfortable bathroom with a tub and both hot and cold water. There is a washer and dryer, a sofa bed, and a queen-sized bed, suitable for two or one person, depending on your needs. The view overlooks the water, providing a peaceful and balanced atmosphere throughout the day. Natural sunlight warms the space, keeping it perfectly acclimated. The apartment also has air conditioning and heating, should they be needed.

In addition to the nightly rate, there is a $100 cleaning fee, and a fully refundable deposit to cover any potential damage to the apartment. However, if any damages occur, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit. We hope this never happens.
