About this Service

How well do you really know yourself? What messages and insights do you receive when you sleep? Between Worlds is a guided workshop exploring the mystery and symbolism of dreams and the unconscious mind. Through writing prompts, collective daydreaming, and guided meditation, we will tap into our inner world of creativity, personal healing and insights. We’ll also explore dreams as portals— connecting to intuition and concepts of premonitions & the afterlife.
Our friend and reiki master Mariko Tamegai will join us during the guided meditation portion of the evening to offer sound as we drift into a meditative state. We will see what memories and downloads will come up when we are all together and explore the idea of the collective unconscious (shoutout to Carl Jung)

About this Lister

I'm a level 3 certified reiki practitioner, Ayurvedic counselor, and professional dreamer. Dedicated to curating spaces for connection, I organize a seasonal event called Ambient Spa, am a DJ, and work in production. I enjoy reading and writing about dream theories, queerness, and the politics of spirituality, pleasure and healing. I split my time between NYC and the Hudson Valley

Background and Expertise

I've been fascinated by healing characteristics of dreaming for most of my life, but have spend the last 5 years dedicated to research and experiential knowledge. I host dream-based guided meditations, which also informs my reiki practice (they two are more similar than you might think)!
