The neighborhood is unique and full of artists, galleries and studios. It has some of the best restaurants (Roberta’s Pizza, Eyval, Otis, Bushniwa, Ichiran) and coffee (Sey Coffee, Swallow Cafe, Win Son Bakery) in all of NYC. There’s a nice little park across the street just outside the south facing windows with basketball courts, handball courts, playground and garden.
