400 sq. Ft. with a full large closet, built in shelving and a window facing our private yard.

Back yard/in unit washer and dryer and 2.5 baths.

The hood: park and 24 hr supermarket one block away

About This Lister

The yard is has a full vegetable/herb garden and we spend a lot of time out there having dinner etc.
It is a first floor unit with 4 other roommates. The roommates range in all of the ways that make New York City great. :-) The age range starts at 33. We all really like, value and respect one another. We think of it as our home rather than just a place to hang our hat. We enjoy each others company, socialize together but also very much have our own lives, friend groups and boundaries. We keep it tidy and adult. There is a small and affectionate hypoallergenic dog who is definitely involved in the whole scene.

We are looking for someone in a similar age range or older (just cuz the house gets pretty quiet around midnight), someone who loves dogs, is kind, plays well with others, is independent and has an overall pretty good degree of “shit together-ness”
