Ideal renter is a clear communicator, clean, respectful, and a reliable professional with a solid renting history. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. No pets.

It’s right on the Q line—which is great for getting into Manhattan in a flash, but also makes the train part of the gentle “soundscape.” No guests or past roommates have not had issue with it, though please consider this if you are extremely noise sensitive. The apartment is on the top (6th) floor so well above the tracks. Elevator building, no laundry onsite, but laundromat across the street.
