Hi - Looking for 3 bedrooms+ for family of 5, currently 3 different schools for another couple years so Park Slope adjacent is best for them. We are always on time with rent, both non profit employees and former landlords ourselves.

Max budget is 6.5K, ideally 1.5 bathrooms and some outdoor space. One 15lb miniature pincher mix fairly chill except when doorbell rings.

We’ve had a run of bad luck with rentals as this big a family in the area so looking to find a place to grow some roots for a while, at least until our elementary school kiddo goes to high school.
