About the neighborhood:

-This is the fashion district, on Los Angeles Street

-This part of DTLA can be very rough, due to proximity to skid row. I would not recommend living here if you have no experience living in big cities. That being said, the culture is great. Incredible food, museums, coffee, etc... Plenty of young single people live in the building//area, you just need to be vigilant.
-Whole Foods//Vons within 10 min walk.
-Some of the best restaurants in LA within walking//short drive.

About you:

Looking for an individual or couple who are trustworthy, love plants, and who don't smoke. I am three years sober, and have a really tough time being around marijuana, so I ask that you please don't smoke in here. Other than that I am easy going. Read my books. Play my piano. Burn my candles :)

What else? I will cover utilities and Wi-Fi, provided you don't leave the heat on all day and night.... And that is it.
