It's located on a palm tree lined street conveniently located in Mid-City Los Angeles (not far from the freeways to shorten travel times). Mid-City is very central to Hollywood, Downtown LA, the LA beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Ray, Playa Del Ray), Culver City, Santa Monica, and more. It's very close to the I-10 highway so you'll have convenient access to freeways.

The interiors of this home are furnished with contemporary light oak floors, gold finishes on cabinetry, brand new FULL-SIZE kitchen appliances and a stackable washer & dryer, a smart TV, smart Nest thermostat for heat/AC, a modern rain shower, and an attached outdoor area with hammock! :)

This home is an "L-shaped" studio which means the bedroom and living room are on opposite sides of the home which makes it feel more like a one bedroom. See photos in the listing to get a better understanding!

Enjoy a cup of coffee outside on the attached patio and watch the parrots fly by daily. Enjoy a nap in the hammock! Cook a meal in the brand new kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen includes plates, dishes, flatware, cups, wine glasses, etc. There is seating at the kitchen island.

After a long day, enjoy a shower in the modern bathroom with contemporary tile and rain shower! The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.

There's a smart thermostat to enjoy heat/AC in the home. The living room is equipped with a smart TV so guests can sign-in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. accounts.

The bedroom includes a Queen bed/mattress that sleeps 1-2 guests.

There is free street parking is available at this home.

There are two units located in the back of the property, and this home is one of the two units. We all keep to ourselves for the most part, but you may see us going in/out of the driveway from time to time. We are a friendly bunch!

- Taqueria Los Anaya (super close to the home & our favorite burrito in LA)
- Johnny’s West Adams (try any of the smoked meats)
- Mizlala West Adams (amazing milkshakes)
- Alta West Adams
- Hangari Kalguksu (not local to this home, but our favorite chicken soup!)
