My 1 bedroom apartment - located on the boarder of Crown Heights and Bed Stuy, near the intersection of Pacific St. and Brooklyn Ave. - is a lovely space to nest in the winter months.

Some basic info:
- $550 a week (includes utilities).
- Minimum rental period 1 week, ideally the full month.
- The space can accommodate 2 people but no pets.

It is spacious - a long corridor separates a cozy bedroom and bright living room on the north side of the building. On the other side a kitchen / dining room / office area opens up into a private balcony. The space is furnished, but I will clear space so that you can make it your own and feel at home. You can use my projector to watch movies and bike to get around if you'd like!

Area - The immediate area is residential, quiet, with some traffic noise from Atlantic Ave. Within a 10-15 minute walk you can be on Franklin, Nostrand, and my favorite Tomkins Ave. with many shops, cafes, restaurants. Bar Lunatico is a gem for live music! Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum are also walking distance (if you like to walk).

Transportation - 10 minute walk from the Nostrand A/C subway stop which can take you into Manhattan in 20-30 mins. It's close to busses that can take you directly into Park Slope, Greenpoint, Bushwick, and other Brooklyn neighborhoods. Also close to the LIRR with direct access to JFK (and long island).

I plan to be gone most of February, but dates are still flexible and I can accommodate to your needs :)
