We are looking for a tenant or couple to sublease our newly renovated, bright and cozy one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and Manhattan, our fully furnished home offers a warm reprieve for the traveler looking for a home away from home. You will be steps from amazing bars and restaurants that have become synonymous with this neighborhood and nearby Fort Greene. We are also right by Pratt, not to mention the best farmers market in Brooklyn!

The light filled apartment is on the top (third) floor and gets tons of light + some pretty stellar sunsets. We have all of the amenities to make you feel comfortable and at home. Our home boasts high tin ceilings, a marble ornamental fireplace, designer lighting, handmade ceramics and a kitchen outfitted for a chef. There are two full closets and all drawers will be cleared for storing your belongings.

The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the essentials, including a De'Longhi espresso machine and a dishwasher.

We have Fios WiFi and a Roku player with top streaming channels. There is a desk with a monitor, keyboard and mouse setup. We have plenty of books if you’re a reader!

The bedroom has a plush pillow top queen bed and black out curtains for maximum coziness.

There are radiators in every room and we provide two window AC units for the warmer months.

This is a residential building, so we ask you to please be considerate of our neighbors. We are on the third floor with two flights of stairs. Please no smoking and no parties. We request no more than 5 people be in the apartment at a time.

We are a beautiful 10 minute walk to the G train. Two bus lines stop on each corner and Citi Bikes are easily available around us.

Pets approved on a case by case basis - just ask! :)

We are an American/Kiwi couple, and we split our time between Brooklyn and New Zealand. My partner works in film/television and I am a marketing consultant. We will be back in NZ during this time and so we are looking for someone who will treat our home as theirs. We are the tenants and have landlord approval to sublease our apartment while we are overseas. All correspondence will be handled by us.
