The apartment is large. Massive bedroom with a marble fireplace mantel in the living room. Original molding, large windows and great light throughout. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and cookware. Apple TV equipped with most of the networks (Criterion, Netflix, etc). High speed wifi with a standing desk and an Apple studio display setup for those working remotely. There's also an outdoor patio with furniture to lay out or have coffee.
Additional feature is a home color darkroom and an Epson scanner! Perfect for photographers that want to print, process or scan during their travels.

This is my home and personal space. I live and work here meaning my belongings are still in the house, so the following will be required:
- Sublease agreement to be signed
- Cleaning fee
- The sublessee understands and agrees that they will be liable for any lost or stolen property, and damage beyond normal wear and tear to the premises
- Pic of driver's license or passport for guests staying the night
Please note:
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No parties, large gatherings, or unattended guests
- Meet in person or virtually before finalizing
