We have a cute light-filled one-bedroom in South Brooklyn (Flatbush/Ditmas Park border).

Our spot is spacious and bright with a portable washer and a deep tub. No pets and many plants. We have a double bed and a cot that's quite comfy, in case you have a child or guest staying with you.

We're super close to the Q/B lines, a short walk to the 2, and not far from Prospect Park. The vibrant Cortelyou Rd is a short walk away. The neighborhood is filled with Victorian mansions that are dreamy to walk through.
