We are subletting our 2 beds, 2 baths for one year.
It is nicely decorated with a lot of vintage furniture, situated on the top floor of a 6 story building (with elevator). It gets a ton of natural light and is very quiet.
It is close to the G and C trains Clinton-Washington, a ton of bus stops as well, and a short walk to Fort Greene.

Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit.
More washers and dryers in the basement as well.

There is an ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom (shower), and a walk-in closet.

The smaller bedroom has a twin bed (not pictured/ this is our old setup with a crib), and a bathroom with a tub.

We are looking for someone/a family who will be able to rent it furnished for a full year.

We are a French/Australian couple with two young children and a cat, we both work in design.
We are going to spend one year abroad and would like to find someone to sublet our place during that time.
We take very good care of our apartment and it is important that whoever takes it does the same.
