I have lived in the space and rented this space for the last 2.5 years as a tenant and would be the contact person for the space.
Open to also renting the other room for a month or two throughout the winter if needed.

Rental requirements
1. The sublessee shall be liable for the total rental agreement amount of $X amount for the week stay.
2. The sublessee shall be liable for 75% of the rental agreement amount to the sublessor in the amount of $X as a payment to hold the rental to the sublessee for the dates above within the agreement upon signature.
3. Upon receiving the keys to the apartment on X date sublessee shall be liable for the remaining 25% of the agree upon amount for $X
4. A cancellation more than 2 days prior to stay will only result in a 50% refund of the total rental agreement amount
5. Any cancellation by subleesor will result in a full refund
6. This agreement is for X guests max
B. Payment of the sublessee shall be payable via venmo, Zelle or PayPal
C. The sublessee shall return the sublessor's keys by 11am on X date, 2024.
