Hi there! I'm looking for someone to sublet my 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the East Village! The space is available from early/mid-March, with flexible dates and a possibility of extension.

About the Apartment:

This is a quiet top-floor unit with plenty of natural light, especially in the bedroom. It's furnished, including a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a work-from-home space with a desk in the living room. The kitchen has a a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven, and it's been really convenient for cooking. There's a bathtub in the bathroom. This apartment has plenty of storage with two large closets and laundry in the building downstairs.

The location is very close to a Trader Joe’s, H Mart, and Whole Foods; it's also close to Tompkins Square Park and the local library. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes in the immediate area.

To get around, it's near the L train and Union Square, so commuting anywhere is very easy.
