I am subletting my fully furnished studio apartment in Clinton Hill for the months of January & February - open to part-time subletters but will be prioritizing applications who can stay for at least one month.

The apartment is back-facing and remarkably quiet because it sits along the Pratt sculpture garden and has a long entryway that separates it from the stairwell. The hallway itself is lined with bright windows and I've turned some of that space into an office so it's a good place to work from home.

Apart from the office, the studio has one big room used as bedroom / living space, a separate bathroom with a bathtub, and an eat-in fully stocked kitchen with a four burner stove.

The space is 10 blocks from Fort Greene Park, situated on Washington Avenue which is a wide, quiet brownstone lined street. The neighborhood is full of young families, and has plenty of small parks, restaurants and coffee shops.

The building has an elevator, bike storage, and laundry units in the basement.

The Christmas tree will be gone come January :)
