Two bedroom apartment incredibly bright, which keeps us, the cat and all our beautiful plants very happy. Fully furnished. An open and spacious area comprises the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is cute and small. The two bedrooms have a lot of light, each one has a bed podium (pink room queen size bed, wood room full size).
There is a dishwasher machine that works connected to the kitchen sink, AC, TV and Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is amazing, super quite street at night, also not very busy during the day. Everything is in walking distance; like the laundromat, the grocery store, cafes, two delis in the block, Saraghina 5 min away walking distance (where you can get incredible sourdough bread). You will see the vibe is great ;)

About This Lister

You will be alone in the apartment since both tenants are away.
It would be great if the person that rents the apartment is above all respectful of our cherished space. A plant lover would be amazing cause they are the real roommates. They do not need too much work. It would be great if that person is quite, so our neighbors feel respected too.
