I am looking to sublet my fully furnished Greenpoint railroad apartment while I travel in between work projects.

Key features:
- Nassau G subway (10 min walk to Bedford L)
- 1 min walk to McCarren Park, 8 min walk to McGolrick Park
- 3rd floor walk up, no elevator
- utilities (internet, heat, water, gas) included
- no pets
- no washer/dryer (but laundromat very close)
- living room is at the front of the apartment with two large windows
- bedroom and the dining rooms are in the center of the apartment
- kitchen is at the back, again with two large windows and fire escape access. I also have an espresso machine and toaster, but no microwave.

There are many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, farmers market and a laundromat nearby--one of the best neighborhoods in my opinion.

Ideally looking for one person, but open to two. Minimum stay is 1 week, let's talk maximum :) this is my favorite place to be in the world and is my heart and home so I would require any subletter to be respectful, responsible, and clean. This is not a shiny new luxury building... this is pre-war NYC apartment, so there are quirks, but I think they add to the charm.
