This bright, renovated apartment is the top two floors of a townhouse from 1900, with 12 foot ceilings, wood floors and exposed wooden beams and brick, about 1800 square feet in total. The lower floor is completely open, with a big living area in the front, and an open kitchen with Viking appliances, marble counters (the wide photo is older, but closeup shows current counters) and a dining area in the back. The back of the house has big doors which open onto a deck with planters. There is a half bath on this floor. Upstairs there are two equal-size bedroom rooms (on the smaller side but can fit a full bed) and a much bigger big bedroom that fits a queen or king. There is a walk-in closet with space for a desk. There another small room which could also be set up as an office or large walk-in closet. There is a bathroom with a shower off the big bedroom, and another bathroom with a tub and shower off the hallway. Both bathrooms have heated floors. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi and Apple tv. The floors have been replaced since most of these photos were taken and are now white oak (they're visible in close-up kitchen photo).
Close to Franklin and Nostrand Aves with all the stores, restaurants and bars you could want. Trains are the Franklin 2/3/4/5, Park Place S and Franklin C and Nostrand A.
We’re a family of five who bought and renovated this place for ourselves about 10 years ago. We moved out of the country two years ago, and this is now a long-term rental. We are looking for decent human beings who will take good care of it and treat it as their home.
