The apartment is fully furnished and located on the Southside (right off Bedford Ave in Williamsburg) in an older 4-story typical Brooklyn brick building. Not fancy, but comfortable, quiet and in a convenient location near subway (L, J, M, Z trains), grocery stores (Wholefoods etc.), nice shops and restaurants.
2nd floor walk-up.
Renovated bathroom with washer/dryer.
The rent includes utilities and shared Wifi. End date is somewhat flexible and could be extended until the end of May (possibly beyond, but not sure yet).
Weekly rental ($850/week) possible.
Renting to one person or couple only. The second bedroom could be used as a temporary guest room for visitors, but there is no empty closet space. Therefore renting more or less as a 1-bedroom. My personal items will be in the apartment but there is sufficient empty closet space for someone living there for 2-3 months.
Please no pets (well-behaved cats, that won't destroy the furniture are OK), no parties, smoking etc.
