Rental requirements
$500 deposit is required. I'll put together an easy sublease agreement with simple rental terms laid out. Please include a quick intro of what you'll be doing in nyc. Discount/priority will be given to those who can stay for the full duration of availability.
No pets. Smoking only allowed in the balcony.
It'd be great if you can water my plants while your stay, just once a week :)
