Other details:
- 3 block walk to L train Graham stop. 15 minutes to Manhattan from the subway.
- 10/15 minute walk to McCarren park, Cooper park, and McGorlick park and near tonssss of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping around Williamsburg
- Will leave all kitchen appliances (blender, toaster, tea pot, etc.). No microwave.
About This Lister
I am 29 years old and work in finance at a start up. I've been living in Williamsburg for 4 years, and this apartment for 2. I'll be traveling home for the holidays and some extra travel.

Rental requirements
Facetime interview.
1/2 of payment up front, and remaining balance paid on arrival. Will also require $500 security deposit for any damage.
Additionally, will require a rental agreement that protects us both!
Pets Policy
Well trained dogs allowed on case by case basis.
